Finding your Chelsea Property
Simply put, as a property finder or search agent, I hope to take the stress out of searching for your ideal Chelsea property and hopefully make the process an enjoyable one. Buying property is never an easy task and having someone filtering properties for you and following the purchase through to completion can be key.
As a first step we will arrange a no-obligation meeting to discuss your requirements at a time and place convenient for you. This part of the process is vital and it always helps to meet up in person, but if you are abroad we can of course use Skype or FaceTime initially. Getting to know you to truly understand exactly what you are looking for is the key to a successful search.
From there we can decide how best to proceed with your search. Options include a full search service that follows a purchase right through to completion, a package of viewings if you are flying in for a day or two or one off viewings.
I’m a filter, saying ‘no’ to a property for whatever reason is a large part of the service. It has to be the right property for you.
